Ingredients

  • 4 Frozen bananas
  • 2 Tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 Cup frozen cherries, no stones
  • 1 Vanilla pod, de-seeded or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make

  1. In a food processor blend the banana and nut butter (see almond butter recipe for how to make your own), blend until smooth and creamy
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse keeping some texture to the cherries
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes in a freezer container. I still like to use glass
