Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Then pop all the ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer into a lined baking tin shape of your choice, we chose a loaf tin. Then bake for 30-35 minutes.
Done, yummy.. approved by my 12 year old whom always says to me… “Mummy this is not going to be healthy is it?” I got the stamp of approval and he even said Mummy if I got this every day it would be great.
