Spinach Soup
Avocado and walnuts are not for those on the heal the heart program. You can add soft organic tofu for creaminess instead. Season as you like (no oil, no salt).

Ingredients
- 4 Cups spinach (baby is nice)
- 2 Basil leaves
- 1 Orange
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Celery stick
- 1/1/2 Cups tomatoes
- Seasoning
- 1/2 Avocado (optional for creaminess
- Pre-soaked Walnuts to serve
How To Make
- Juice the orange either with a citrus reamer, citrus press or juicer (I like to keep the pulp for fiber)
- Blend the orange juice, celery, tomatoes and garlic.
- Add the spinach and basil into the blender and blend
- Add the avocado and blend until smooth and creamy
- Season the soup with pepper and savory spice blend or seasoning of your choice
- Top with chopped pre-soaked walnuts or brazils
