Ingredients

  • 6 Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 Onion
  • Handful cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Kiwi fruit
  • 1/4 Pineapple cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Avocado cut into chunks
  • Seasoning

How To Make

  1. Wash all ingredients. Peel kiwi fruit, avocado, and pineapple, cut into cubes. Tear the Romaine leaves in pieces, cut cherry tomatoes in half, slice onion in a thin layer. Put all ingredients together, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Add the lemon juice and sprinkle balsamic or your favorite lite salad dressing. Mix it all and serve in a plate. Sprinkle some seaweed flakes on top as you wish or even some nuts and seeds
