  • 1 Head of broccoli
  • 1 Cup beans or lentils or tofu
  • ½ Cup of walnuts
  • 1 Teaspoon savory spice blend
  • Pinch of cracked black pepper
  • Sprinkle of nutritional yeast

How To Make

  1. fiber.
  2. Bring a pan of water to a simmer and blanch the broccoli. Drain and put in the blender. Keep some of the broccoli water to add to the blend if its too thick, so do not add too much water to start with. Add slowly so that you get the right consistency that you like thick or thin.
  3. Add the seasoning and black pepper.
  4. Arrange the walnut at the bottom of a bowl.
  5. Pour the broccoli blend into the bowl and you can add your protein of choice.
  6. TIP: If in liver loving phase, if you are feeling low energy or tired. Or better still if feeling fatigue add a cup of beans or lentils of your choice and blend until smooth or add in whole. Sprinkle the soup with healthy nutritional yeast and seaweed flakes. Serve straight away and enjoy this super simple meal that is ready in 5 minutes.
  7. Top with cashew parmesan cheeze if you like.
