Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach, kale, or other dark greens
  • 1-2 plum tomatoes
  • 1 rib celery coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper quartered
  • 1 tablespoon red onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove (optional)
  • 1/2 jalapeño pepper seeded (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons blended peeled lemon
  • 1 apple cored and quartered
  • 2 teaspoons chlorella (optional)
  • 1 1/4 inch fresh turmeric (or 1/4 tsp ground)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

How To Make

  1. Combine all the ingredients with 2 cups of water in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to large glasses and serve.
