  • 1 Cup Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Purified water
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Kale leaf
  • 1/2 Cup saved coconut (high in saturated fat so leave out if you have any heart issues)

  1. Take the skin off the pineapple and orange, and cut into smaller chunks. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Serve with ice.
