Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons chia
- 1 Cup Pineapple
- 1 Cup Purified water
- 1 Orange
- 1 Kale leaf
- 1/2 Cup saved coconut (high in saturated fat so leave out if you have any heart issues)
How To Make
- Take the skin off the pineapple and orange, and cut into smaller chunks. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Serve with ice.
