  • 1 Kiwi, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 1 English Cucumber, cut into chunks
  • 2 Cups baby spinach, (for a milder taste) or kale de-stemmed or a combination of both
  • 1 1/2 to 2 Cups ice cubes added when you drink the smoothie
