Low FODMAP Super Green Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 Cup green grapes
- 1 Kiwi, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 1 English Cucumber, cut into chunks
- 2 Cups baby spinach, (for a milder taste) or kale de-stemmed or a combination of both
- 1 1/2 to 2 Cups ice cubes added when you drink the smoothie
How To Make
- Blend up and drink as soon as you can. Add ice when you want to drink the smoothie.
