Ingredients
- 4 Herbal Teabags of your choice
- 1 Litre of filtered water
- Stevia or agave syrup optional as a sweetener
- Optional - greens like slices of cucumber and carrot slices, (use a peeler to slice super thin and release the aroma and juices of the vegetable)
- Optional - fresh herbs like mint or coriander or rosemary, ginger
- Optional - fruity - berries like blueberry, cranberry, blueberry, raspberry
- Optional - Citrusy - lemons, limes, grated peel
How To Make
- Steep the tea bags in in the filtered water, in the sun. Use a glass jug or large bottle. Add any optional extras. The sun will energise the water
Notes
Great to keep the antioxidants in the tea like Green Teas, Hibiscus/Sorrel Tea, Jasmine, Rooibos and White Tea.
