  1. Blend the lemon in small blender like a Nutribullet, you can add some water in too. Then mix with some hot water and cold to bring a nice warm cup of lemon water, You can add ginger if you like or if you like ginger then steep overnight in boiling water and add the liquid in the morning for a real ginger boost.
