Ingredients
- MAKES 3 GLASSES FOR THE DAY
- 500ml of water
- 180ml of cranberry juice (from a bottle or best still 1 cup of fresh cranberries to 1 cup of water through the juicer)
- 1 Fresh lemon squeezed (kidney stones – use 2 squeezed lemon – or 6 tablespoons of lemon powder)
- 1 – 2 Teaspoons of apple cider vinegar (Braggs organic is the best if you can find it)
- ADDITIONAL – Psyllium husk is a fiber that can be added to your drink – it will bulk you out, make you feel fuller for longer and aid weight loss as you won’t have room for much more!
- MAKES 1 GLASS PRE MEAL
- 180ml water
- 60ml cranberry juice
- 1/3 Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon apple cider vinegar
How To Make
- Add all the ingredients and stir. Make a bulk load for the day for your 3 drinks if you are in liver loving phase. Or Makeup 500ml for the pre-breakfast, lunch and dinner drink
- Tip – you can batch make the cranberry juice and freeze in large ice cube trays and then add to your drink/water each time. Bulk buy cranberries between November and January when they are in season.
- Tip – Did you know one grapefruit or the cranberry juice can help prevent kidney stones
