- 3 Tablespoons umami - see recipe in seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon brown rice vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon date syrup (honey consistency)
- 1/2 Tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 Clove of garlic. crushed
- Pinch of savory spice blend and pepper
