Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast (or yeast flakes)*
  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons dried thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon dried basil
  • 2 Tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 Tablespoons mustard powder
  • 2 Teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 Teaspoon celery seeds

How To Make

  1. Combine all and blend to the consistency that you like, fine, medium or corse. Store in a glass jar. Use in all your savory dishes in place of regular salt to season. When I refer to seasoning then use this.
  2. *Note: Nutritional yeast should not be used if you have Crohn's disease or hidradenitis suppurativa.
