Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast (or yeast flakes)*
- 1 Tablespoon onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 Tablespoons dried thyme
- 1 Tablespoon dried basil
- 2 Tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoons mustard powder
- 2 Teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 Teaspoon celery seeds
How To Make
- Combine all and blend to the consistency that you like, fine, medium or corse. Store in a glass jar. Use in all your savory dishes in place of regular salt to season. When I refer to seasoning then use this.
- *Note: Nutritional yeast should not be used if you have Crohn's disease or hidradenitis suppurativa.
