Ingredients
- 1 Large avocado
- 1/2 Cup spinach, finely chopped
- 1 Kale leaf, de-stemmed and finely chopped
- 1/2 Tomato, diced
- 1/4 Cup coriander, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons red onion
- 1 Small clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 Jalapeno, seeded
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- Savory spice blend to taste
How To Make
- In a small bowl combine all the ingredients. You can have it chunky or if you like it smoother, place ingredients, except tomato and onion. in a food=processor and blend till smooth. Put the dip into a bowl and stir in tomato and onion.
