  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 1/4 Red onion, diced
  • 1/2 Cup coriander (cilantro), finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • Pinch of Savory spice blend
  • Pepper to season
  • Chilli for spice - optional

How To Make

  1. Mash the avocado with the lemon and lime juice
  2. Add the remaining ingredients
  3. Mix well and serve with a garnish of coriander (cilantro)
