Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup vegetable broth
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 Cups chickpea cooked and drained (tined or tetra pack is best here as the liquid is good to use)
  • 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon white miso paste
  • 1 Teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 Teaspoon turmeric powder or fresh turmeric - knob of grated
  • 1/4 Teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

How To Make

  1. Bring the broth and the garlic to the boil,
  2. Simmer and stir in all the remaining ingredients
  3. Transfer to a blender and blend until you get a nice gravy
  4. Add more water to make the consistency you require
