How To Make

  1. Place the peeled lemon into 1/2 cup of water and blend until smooth.
  2. HOMEMADE MORNING LEMONADE
  3. 1 blended lemon, several strips of ginger – I used one large knob and took off the skin, 700ml warm clean water (distilled or reverse osmosis water) – blend the lemon, slice the ginger and add the warm water, it froths just like real lemonade no added sugar, all good hydration, fiber and vitamin c- enjoy – BLENDED LEMON AND GINGER FOR THE MORNING – Yummy
