Ingredients
- 2 Medium aubergine
- 1 Tablespoon of sesame seeds
- Dash of Savory Spice Blend (see recipe in bulk make)
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 Tablespoon flax (optional) or flax oil after
How To Make
- Bake the aubergine in the oven until they are soft.
- Peel off the skin and take the hard part off the tip and discard
- Add the cooked soft aubergine with the rest of the ingredients and blend up
- If you did not add the pre ground flax seed, you could add a little flax oil if you like for the omega 3 1 tablespoon is all you need
Notes
So easy to make and you can add extra seasoning like chilli or spices you particularly like. Add more lemon as you like. Drizzle with a tablespoon of flaxseed oil if you wish.
