Chaga and Maca are adaptogens which help us to deal with stress. They are immune boosters too. Cinnamon helps regulate blood sugar and helps improve heart health. Chaga is known as the King of mushrooms as it contains incredibly high levels of antioxidants, which help repair free radical damage in our body.

Ingredients
- 25g Hemp seeds, shelled
- 1/4 Teaspoon chaga powder (10:1 extract)
- 2 Teaspoon maca powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon coconut oil
- ½ Vanilla pod seeds (or a few drops of vanilla extract)
- ¼ Teaspoon cinnamon
- 2g of coconut sugar (or use a few drops of stevia)
- pinch of mineral salt
- 100ml room temperature filtered water
- 100ml boiled filtered water
How To Make
- Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender to give a creamy chai.
- Adjust the sweetness to your taste
