2 Cups of sliced cucumber with or without skin (buy organic if keeping the skin)
2 Tablespoons minced tarragon
4 Tablespoon minced dill
2 Tablespoons of a lite vinegar or 1 tablespoon of flax oil (or both)
1/4 Lemon, juiced
Savoury spice blend and or chilli flakes to taste
How To Make
Slice the radishes and cucumber using a mandolin to get nice thin slices, then toss the remaining ingredients in.
Cool in the fridge until you are ready to eat.
Kep the radish greens for your juices, and soups as they are packed with phytochemical and all the goodness you get from leafy greens. Aids digestion and absorption of nutrients in the digestive tract.
