Cook the beans as per the packet (this you can pre-do). Fry the beans in a pan with the spinach and pesto and sautee with the olive oil. The spinach just needs to wilt, so this is very quick. Season to taste.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and sprinkle with the pomegranate and pumpkin seeds. This dish is seriously divine.
Add a simple side salad with it to finish the dish.
