Jane's Kale Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 1 Cup kale
- 3 Cloves garlic
- 1 Cup kidney beans
- 1 Cup oats
- 1 Medium Sweet potato (pre-baked)
- 1 Tablespoon sriracha
- Burger bun of your choice - gluten free if you can
How To Make
- Dry fry the onions, mushrooms and garlic in a hot pan. Once done set aside.
- In a bowl mix the oats, sweet potato (dig out the filling leaving the skins aside), kidney beans and sriracha sauce. Season as you like (no need to add salt).
- Then mix the ingredients and form into 8 to 10 burgers.
- Let rest in the fridge to firm up, then fry or grill.
Notes
You can easily freeze the left overs for a quick meal.
