Ingredients

  • 1 Cup golden flaxseeds (grind to a flaxseed is a meal consistency)
  • 2/3 Cup hot water
  • Savory Spice Blend, pinch of
  • OPTIONAL : Sundried tomato, avocado, pureed spinach, other seasonings - chilli

How To Make

  1. Grind the flaxseed into a meal
  2. Add the flax meal to a pan of the water already at boiling point
  3. Mix with wooden spoon
  4. Once a dough starts to form then you can leave for a little
  5. Split the dough into 2
  6. in between 2 pieces of non stick baking paper roll the dough into round wraps shapes
  7. You can make them pretty by using a plate as a template to cut around for the perfect round
  8. Pop in a non stick pan in order and cook both sides.
  9. You can then fill the wrap with your favourite filling, use hummus as the base or even hummus on one half and guacamole on the other. and fill with salad, and caramelized onions or a bean mix
  10. Let your creative side come out
