Ingredients

  • Wraps
  • 1 Can jackfruit
  • 1 Can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato puree
  • 1 Tablespoon sriracha or seasoning sauce of your liking
  • 1 Tablespoon barbecue sauce or sauce of your choice
  • 2 Tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Red onion, finely chopped
  • Handful of leafy greens
  • Coriander, chopped finely, to serve
  • Red cabbage sauerkraut on the side

How To Make

  1. Add the onions and jackfruit to the pan, fry up with some vegetable stock, cook for 5-10 minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes, sriracha, smoked paprika, cumin seeds, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, tomato puree, lentils and black beans.
  2. Simmer for a further 10-15 minutes.
  3. To your wrap add the leafy greens of your choice and the pan fried mixture.
  4. Garnish with coriander and a dash of bbq sauce.
  5. Serve with a portion of sauerkraut.
