Jackfruit Lentil and Black Bean Wraps

Ingredients
- Wraps
- 1 Can jackfruit
- 1 Can chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon tomato puree
- 1 Tablespoon sriracha or seasoning sauce of your liking
- 1 Tablespoon barbecue sauce or sauce of your choice
- 2 Tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 Teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 Red onion, finely chopped
- Handful of leafy greens
- Coriander, chopped finely, to serve
- Red cabbage sauerkraut on the side
How To Make
- Add the onions and jackfruit to the pan, fry up with some vegetable stock, cook for 5-10 minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes, sriracha, smoked paprika, cumin seeds, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, tomato puree, lentils and black beans.
- Simmer for a further 10-15 minutes.
- To your wrap add the leafy greens of your choice and the pan fried mixture.
- Garnish with coriander and a dash of bbq sauce.
- Serve with a portion of sauerkraut.
