Ingredients
- 5cm Turmeric, juiced
- 2 Tablespoons water or coconut water
- ¼ Lemon, peeled, juiced
- ½ Teaspoon apple cider vinegar ACV
- ¼ Teaspoon turmeric, ground
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional:
- Knob of ginger
- 1 Teaspoon of Flax or hemp seed oil
How To Make
- Juice the turmeric and add the water/coconut water if you have
- Juice the lemon with the skin off
- Then mix up with the ACV and black pepper
- Option is to add a teaspoon of flax oil for absorption and bioavailability of the anti-inflammatory effects of the turmeric.
- Add all the ingredients to a lidded jar - shake and drink up.
Notes
Drink up as soon as you have made it and clean your juicer as the turmeric stains! Watch out for your counter surface and hands too.
