  • 2 Green apple
  • 1 ½ Cups spinach
  • 6-8 Kale leaves or other leafy green
  • ½ Cucumber
  • 2 Celery stalks
  • ½ Lemon

How To Make

  1. Add the ingredients into the juicer one at a time as per the list above. You can add moringa leaf if you can find it for added iron. 8 leaves is enough for a pregnant lady according to the tour given at Bollywood Organic Gardens in Singapore. We added sweet potato leaf too. You can add one or two celery or one or two apples, depending on how sweet you like it or how much juice you want. If you can make 2 juices out of one – add extra water through the machine to top up your juice and get the maximum yield.
