If you are not used to celery (I here you on that one, but trust me its so good for you, you will soon learn to drink it just fine), then add a green apple or 2 until you can take it as just celery Drink last thing before bed, like 20 minutes before as celery is loaded with potassium a great sleep enhancer. Also the mineral salts in celery aid neurotransmitters in the brain according to Anthony William a huge advocate of celery. I am all in with this advice.
