Ingredients

  • 2 cups hazelnuts
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds, soaked
  • First process the haze; nuts in a food processor with an S-blade. Then process again with seeds.
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 1 teaspoon hing
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Process again until the tomatoes are well combined and the pate’ is smooth.
  • Then mix in;
  • 1/4 cup parsley, fresh;y minced and de=stemmed
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, freshly minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, freshly minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, freshly minced
  • 1/4 cup basil. freshly minced
  • 1/4 cup olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, minced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, minced
