Lemon Almond Herb Pate
Ingredients
- 2 Cups almonds (soaked 12 hours, rinsed and drained)
- 1/4 Cup tahini
- 1/2 Cup of lemon juice
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1.5 Teaspoon savory spice blend
- 1 Teaspoon fresh chives, minced
- 1 Teaspoon fresh thyme, minced
- 1 Teaspoon fresh oregano, minced
How To Make
- First process almonds until finely ground. Gradually add liquid (tahini and lemon) until smooth. Add water as needed to achieve a pate’ consistency. Process herbs at the end. Serve on crackers. nori sheets, cucumber slices, or other desired veggie.
