Indian Bliss Pate

Ingredients
- 1 Cup sunflower seeds (soaked 12 hours, rinsed and drained)
- 1 Cup almond pulp (fresh and moist from mylk making)
- 2 Tablespoons raw, organic tahini
- 1 Clove of garlic or 1/4 teaspoon hing (an ingredient used in Indian cooking)
- 1/2 Tablespoon dill weed (or another favorite herb)
- 1/2 Tablespoon cumin
- 1/2 Tablespoon curry
- Pinch cayenne
- 1 Teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/2 Teaspoon fresh turmeric, minced
- 2 Teaspoon savory spice blend
How To Make
- First process sunflower seeds and almond until ground. Add in the remaining ingredients. Drizzle in enough olive oil while processing to a smooth consistency.
