  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Pepper
  • Bunch of green veggies
  • Clove of garlic minced
  • Lentils or beans pre-cooked if you wish
  • 3 Tablespoons of water to dry/steam fry with
  • Season with savory spice blend

How To Make

  1. Heat the pan, cook the onion. Add a little water as necessary. Once soft ad the courgettes and onions along with any veggies of your choice. You could also add some sweet potato, (pre-cubed and steamed slightly – or even oven baked first), You could add some lentils or beans that are pre-cooked as well as some added goodness.
