Veggie Stir Fry
This is a super easy start to your day, and can for lunch the leftovers can then be made into a soup (breakfast soup)

Ingredients
- 2 Courgettes
- 2 Onions
- 1 Pepper
- Bunch of green veggies
- Clove of garlic minced
- Lentils or beans pre-cooked if you wish
- 3 Tablespoons of water to dry/steam fry with
- Season with savory spice blend
How To Make
- Heat the pan, cook the onion. Add a little water as necessary. Once soft ad the courgettes and onions along with any veggies of your choice. You could also add some sweet potato, (pre-cubed and steamed slightly – or even oven baked first), You could add some lentils or beans that are pre-cooked as well as some added goodness.
