Mix all together fin a blender and make into balls. You may find it easy to also use plastic gloves to shape the balls but bear hands are best for chemical free rolling. ?
Use these protein balls as a snack or even for breakfast with some kefir mylk or kefir milk or yoghurt if you are doing dairy. Top with sprinkled pre-soaked nuts or berries. With a juice before you will have a complete meal and be fueled until lunchtime
