Soak the oats in water for about 30 minutes. Rinse and drain the oat, then add to a blender with 3 cups of water. Blend for 30 seconds. Until the mixture is nice and smooth. Pour through a nut bag. Discard the pulp. Add the sweetener to the mylk and blend again until smooth.
