Homemade Muesli
Make in bulk and store for an easy to reach breakfast. Serve with nut mylk or apple juice or soy yoghurt

Ingredients
- 1 Cup walnuts (soaked overnight), chopped
- 1 Cup sunflower seed (soaked overnight)
- 1 Cup sesame seed (soaked overnight)
- 1 Cup hemp seed
- 1 Cup pumpkin seed (soaked overnight)
- 1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice(3 tablespoons ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons ground ginger, 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 1/4 Cup wheat germ
- 1/4 Cup cacao
- 1 Teaspoon savory spice blend
How To Make
- Toss all the nuts and seeds into a bowl. Add savory spice blend and spices. Serve fresh as muesli or dehydrate on teflex/dehydrator trays on 115 degrees overnight for a granola effect. Or roast on low in the oven for 45 minutes or until slightly browned
