  • 1 Cup walnuts (soaked overnight), chopped
  • 1 Cup sunflower seed (soaked overnight)
  • 1 Cup sesame seed (soaked overnight)
  • 1 Cup hemp seed
  • 1 Cup pumpkin seed (soaked overnight)
  • 1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice(3 tablespoons ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons ground ginger, 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 Cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 Cup cacao
  • 1 Teaspoon savory spice blend

How To Make

  1. Toss all the nuts and seeds into a bowl. Add savory spice blend and spices. Serve fresh as muesli or dehydrate on teflex/dehydrator trays on 115 degrees overnight for a granola effect. Or roast on low in the oven for 45 minutes or until slightly browned
