  • 1 Teaspoon moringa powder
  • 1 Teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 Teaspoon lucuma powder
  • 1 Teaspoon bee pollen
  • 1/2 Teaspoon maca powder
  • Any powder you might have

How To Make

  1. Mix all together in a sealed jar and store in the freezer to keep fresh, use a teaspoon/tablespoon at a time to add to your dishes to give them a boost like soups(raw soups are best) and smoothies, breakfast cereals and oats/buckwheat etc.
