Ingredients
- * 1 Tablespoon hemps seeds
- 1 Tablespoon ashwagandha
- 1 Teaspoon moringa powder
- 1 Teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon lucuma powder
- 1 Teaspoon bee pollen
- 1/2 Teaspoon maca powder
- Any powder you might have
How To Make
- Mix all together in a sealed jar and store in the freezer to keep fresh, use a teaspoon/tablespoon at a time to add to your dishes to give them a boost like soups(raw soups are best) and smoothies, breakfast cereals and oats/buckwheat etc.
