  • 1 Cup frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 Cup pre-soaked cashews
  • 1/2 Cup date syrup
  • 1 Cup oats
  • Water or nut mylk to soak or kefir mylk (you can make this with kefir grains - see mylk section for recipe)

How To Make

  1. Soak the oats in the water or nut mylk, heat the pan add the oats liquid and the frozen cranberries and cook for 7 minutes. Add the date syrup and broken up cashews and enjoy. Easy peasy breakfast.
