Ingredients
- 1 Cup frozen cranberries
- 1/2 Cup pre-soaked cashews
- 1/2 Cup date syrup
- 1 Cup oats
- Water or nut mylk to soak or kefir mylk (you can make this with kefir grains - see mylk section for recipe)
How To Make
- Soak the oats in the water or nut mylk, heat the pan add the oats liquid and the frozen cranberries and cook for 7 minutes. Add the date syrup and broken up cashews and enjoy. Easy peasy breakfast.
