Ingredients
- 1 Cup peanut butter
- 1.2 Cups cocoa powder
- 6 Medjule dates
- 1 Cu[ flax meal
- 1 Cup chia
- 1/2 Cup maple syrup
- 1 Cup oats
How To Make
- Mix all together fin a blender and make into balls. You may find it easy to also use plastic gloves to shape the balls but bear hands are best for chemical free rolling. ?
- Use these protein balls as a snack or even for breakfast with some kefir mylk or kefir milk or yoghurt if you are doing dairy. Top with sprinkled pre-soaked nuts or berries. With a juice before you will have a complete meal and be fueled until lunchtime
