Berry Hazlenut Porridge
Delicious and love the sharpness to this dish. Great for the kidneys with all the yummy cranberries. You can keep cranberries in your freezer as they are seasonal to December / January each year.

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Fresh Cranberries
- 2 Cups Coconut Pulp
- 1 Cup Hazelnuts, Soaked
- 3?4 Cup Coconut Water
- 1 Vanilla Bean
How To Make
- In a blender, process 1 1?2 cups of coconut pulp or the pulp of one coconut with the coconut water and vanilla bean, and blend until smooth and creamy. Process the hazelnuts, cranberries, and remaining coconut pulp in your food processor with the “S” blade until chunky.This can also be done in the Nutribullet
- In a bowl, layer the ingredients or mix well, depending on how you like it. Add flax sprinkles on top.
