Add liquid ingredients until blended. Add water if the batter is too thick.
Heat a nonstick pan on medium high. When a drop of water sizzles on the surface, the pan is ready for the cakes, which you can make any size you wish. After bubbles form on top of a pancake, flip it over and cook until brown.
Top with fruit, applesauce, maple syrup, powdered sugar or cinnamon.
