Strawberry Ice Cream
When freezing bananas make sure they are super soft, almost over ripe before taking off the skin and placing in a storage container and freezing. You can even slice up a little so that they do not take up too much room.

Ingredients
- 4 Frozen bananas
- 2 Tablespoon almond butter
- 1 Cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 Vanilla pod, de-seeded or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make
- In a food processor blend the banana and nut butter (see almond butter recipe for how to make your own), blend until smooth and creamy
- Add the remaining ingredients and pulse keeping some texture to the strawberries.
- Freeze for 30 minutes in a freezer container. I still like to use glass
