  • 1 Cup of pitted dates
  • 1 Cup 250ml boiling water
  • 1 Teaspoon blended lemon

How To Make

  1. To soften the dates put them in the boiling water and set aside for an hour. Take any pits out, then transfer the dates only, add the lemon blend and blend further until smooth. Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. Use as a sweetener to your dishes and drinks/smoothies.
