Garlic Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup of tahini paste
- 1 Tablespoon flax oil
- 1 Clove of garlic (2 if you are brave)
- 2 - 3 Medium dates pitted and pre-soaked in boiling water to soften
- 1/2 Cup of distilled or filtered water
How To Make
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend up until smooth and to the consistency you like.
- Add more water if you need to
- Check to see if the dressing is to your taste
- Add to a salad of your choice
Notes
Keep in the fridge for up to a week in a glass jar. Dates are packed with minerals that make it super nutritious and add that sweet flavour to make it moorish.
