Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup of tahini paste
  • 1 Tablespoon flax oil
  • 1 Clove of garlic (2 if you are brave)
  • 2 - 3 Medium dates pitted and pre-soaked in boiling water to soften
  • 1/2 Cup of distilled or filtered water

How To Make

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend up until smooth and to the consistency you like.
  2. Add more water if you need to
  3. Check to see if the dressing is to your taste
  4. Add to a salad of your choice

Notes

Keep in the fridge for up to a week in a glass jar. Dates are packed with minerals that make it super nutritious and add that sweet flavour to make it moorish.
