Ingredients
- 1 Cup broccoli & cauliflower
- 1 Cup mushroom
- ¼ Cup carrots
- ¼ Cup quinoa
- Himalayan salt
- Cracked black pepper
How To Make
- Cook the quinoa until soft and absorbed the water, (as per the packet instructions). Boil some water, add little salt and oil into it then blanch the Cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, and mushroom, drain. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with nutritional yeast, wheat germ flakes and/or seaweed flakes of your choice.
