Cauliflower Chowder

Ingredients
- ½ Liter bone broth
- 1/3 Cauliflower
- 1 Medium onion
- Season with salt and pepper
- More vegetables can be added as per your taste or whats in the fridge
- 1 Sprig of Moringa leaf (can buy this leaf at the local market) or as a supplement
- Handful of spinach
How To Make
- In a pan heat the oil and sauté the onion. When browned and soft, add the pre-prepared bone broth. Once hot add the cauliflower and other veggies of your choice, only cook for a few minutes so as not to over cook the veggies. Add the Moringa at the end with the spinach and serve.
