Chocolate, Peanut & Banana Smoothie Bowl
Freeze your fruit in the freezer in glass jars or containers if you can - to save on the plastic and toxins from the plastic contaminating your food.
Consistency needs to be super thick. You do not need to add any liquid.
You may want to add more sweetness like date syrup, but the fruit should be sweet enough.

Ingredients
- 2 Frozen banana
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter or any nut butter of your choice
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon cacao powder
- ¼ Teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 Teaspoon coconut sugar ( optional ) or date syrup
- iLAYER ON TOP
- 1 Tablespoon pistachios
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
How To Make
- Blend up the frozen ingredients, this will take time and you need a high speed blender.
- Push down with the ladle of the blender to help the ingredients blend
- Once nice and thick and all blended, then sprinkle in lines and circles on the top the sprinkle, Time to get arty!
- Serve up quickly
