  • ¾ Cup coconut milk or Almond mylk
  • Thai coconut water
  • 1 Tablespoon ground chia seeds
  • ½ Tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • ¼ Cup Coconut yogurt (young coconut meat)
  • Liquid stevia to taste(optional)
