Ingredients
- 2 Cups of papaya chunks
- 1 Cup frozen pineapple chunks or pear if pineapple is too acidic
- ¾ Cup coconut milk or Almond mylk
- Thai coconut water
- 1 Tablespoon ground chia seeds
- ½ Tablespoon ground flax seeds
- ¼ Cup Coconut yogurt (young coconut meat)
- Liquid stevia to taste(optional)
How To Make
- Put all the ingredients in a blender. Add more liquid if it is thick and condenses.
