Cinnamon Chia Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 Cup chia seeds
- 2-3 Tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon carob
- 1/2 Nutmeg ground
- 1 Teaspoon cardamon
- Dat syrup to sweeten if you like
- 8 Cups water (or 7 cups of water and 1 cup of ice)
How To Make
- Blend with Half the water and ice, then add the remaining water and blend until smooth
- Top with nuts, seeds and berries
