Ingredients

  • 1 Cup chia seeds
  • 2-3 Tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon carob
  • 1/2 Nutmeg ground
  • 1 Teaspoon cardamon
  • Dat syrup to sweeten if you like
  • 8 Cups water (or 7 cups of water and 1 cup of ice)

  1. Blend with Half the water and ice, then add the remaining water and blend until smooth
  2. Top with nuts, seeds and berries
