  • 1 Teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoon (15 to 28 ml) hot water
  • 1 Cup (235 ml) coconut mylk or almond mylk
  • Liquid stevia or your preferred sweetener to taste

How To Make

  1. Place the matcha powder and water in a mug and whisk until it forms a smooth paste.
  2. separately warm the coconut or almond milk in a small saucepan over low heat. use a frother to create a nice foam and then pour it over the paste and stir.
  3. you could instead blend the warmed milk and paste with the matcha and blend until foamy.
  4. Serves 1 and takes 5 minutes to make.
