  • 1/2 Mango or 4-6 pieces of pre-diced mango
  • 1/2 Cup coconut mylk or almond mylk
  • 2 Mint leaves
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • Optional - pinch of ground cardamom

  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour into a sexy luscious glass
  4. Sip up and enjoy

For sleep mango before bed is great.
