Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup hot red chillies, seeded and cut into small pieces or to taste
- 1 Tablespoon coriander seeds
- 2 Tablespoons caraway seeds
- 1 Teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 Roasted red pepper (can be bought in a glass jar pre-made)
- 2 Teaspoons white miso paste
- Savory spice blend
How To Make
- Placet the chillies in a bowl of boiling water and soak for 30 minutes
- Fry up the coriander, caraway and cumin over a low heat (no oil)
- Add this to a food processor with the chillies, roasted red peppers, garlic and nutritional yeast. Along with the miso and savory spice blend. Process until smooth
- Add 1/4 Cup of water as needed to make a smooth thick sauce

Make this in bulk and store in the fridge
